Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Tiruchirappalli. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with clients, and driving sales growth. They will need to conduct market research, analyze trends, and formulate strategies to expand the company's market presence. Day-to-day tasks also include preparing sales reports, setting and achieving sales targets, and collaborating with the marketing and product teams to develop promotional materials.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, and client relationship management
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus
  • Experience in the insurance industry is highly desirable
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Willingness to travel as required
