About the Role

We seek a dynamic Client Partner to drive our expansion in Trichy by focusing on deep, consultative relationships. This is a hybrid role—part sales hunter, part team leader, and part market analyst. Your success will be measured by the value you deliver to our clients and the strength of the team you build. You will be responsible for translating client needs into tailored solutions and fostering a long-term partnership approach to sales.

Your Pillars of Responsibility

Value-Based Strategy & Positioning:

  • Market Insight: Develop strategies that position our offerings as essential solutions to specific client challenges, not just commodities.
  • Segmentation: Define which client segments derive the greatest value from our services and target them with laser-like focus.
  • Competitive Edge: Continuously analyze competitor offerings and market noise to refine our unique selling proposition (USP).
  • Nurturing Talent & Culture:
  • Development Focus: Dedicate significant time to mentoring the Business Development team on consultative selling, objection handling, and client value articulation.
  • Empowerment: Create a culture of accountability and client empathy, ensuring the team is equipped with the knowledge and resources to succeed independently.
  • Target Alignment: Guide the team in setting and achieving targets that are challenging, fair, and tied to overall business objectives.

Client Partnership & Deal Execution:

  • Strategic Engagement: Lead the cultivation of relationships with C-level and key functional leaders to uncover opportunities for deep integration.
  • Negotiation Excellence: Expertly negotiate complex terms to establish mutually beneficial, long-lasting contracts.
  • Client Success: Personally oversee client onboarding and relationship health, driving referrals and service expansion through proven satisfaction.
  • Operational Excellence:
  • Maintain a pristine sales funnel using CRM technology, driving data quality for accurate forecasting.
  • Prepare and present clear, insightful reports that connect team activity directly to financial outcomes.
