
IT Sales Director – Remote Developer Placement

Drive business growth as a Business Development Manager, identifying and connecting with key decision-makers in the IT industry. We're seeking a seasoned sales professional to pitch our remote developers and build long-term client relationships.
About the RoleThis is a full-time, performance-driven position that requires solid experience in IT sales, staffing, or client acquisition. You'll be responsible for developing and executing strategies to acquire new clients, pitching our remote developers, and ensuring successful placements.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and connect with HRs, Founders, CTOs, and Hiring Managers in IT companies (India & USA).
- Pitch Oxcytech's remote developers for hiring (not projects).
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Work closely with our delivery team for resume submissions and client coordination.
- Participate in daily sync-ups with the leadership team.
We're looking for proven sales professionals with:
- 4–7 years of experience in IT staffing, B2B sales, or client acquisition
- Strong network in IT companies (India and/or USA market)
- Clear understanding of remote developer hiring
- Ability to independently drive end-to-end sales cycle
