- Proven track record of winning new business, client negotiations, and closing large staffing contracts.
- Deep understanding of staffing processes, employment laws, and talent trends in the USA market.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical, strategic thinker, with a hunter mentality and strong leadership abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM and MS Office applications.
Candidates must be able to take complete ownership of deliveries assigned, work to organizational expectations, and maintain cordial relationships with people.
