Business Development:

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree required (business, marketing, HR, or related field); MBA preferred.
  • 8+ years' experience in client acquisition, business development, or sales leadership within the U.S. staffing industry, including at least 4-8 years in a senior managerial role.
  • Proven track record of winning new business, client negotiations, and closing large staffing contracts.
  • Deep understanding of staffing processes, employment laws, and talent trends in the USA market.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical, strategic thinker, with a hunter mentality and strong leadership abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM and MS Office applications.

Candidates must be able to take complete ownership of deliveries assigned, work to organizational expectations, and maintain cordial relationships with people.
