Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Area Business Development Manager to join our team at The Dashmesh Group. In this role, you will be responsible for examining and treating animals on a first-come, first-served basis as well as by appointment. You will cultivate positive relationships with customers and their animals through regular communication and excellent record-keeping. Your priority will be to ensure that all animals receive timely care, particularly those with traumatic injuries or serious illnesses. You will also educate clients on the importance of vaccinations, heartworm treatments, flea and tick treatments, and other aspects of preventive care. Additionally, you will perform or assist with surgeries and train new veterinary assistants and other support staff members.

Requirements:
  • Examine and treat animals on a first-come, first-served basis as well as by appointment
  • Cultivate positive relationships with customers and their animals through regular communication and excellent record-keeping
  • Prioritize traumatic injuries and serious illnesses to ensure that all animals receive timely care
  • Educate clients on the importance of vaccinations, heartworm treatments, flea and tick treatments, and other aspects of preventive care
  • Perform or assist with surgeries
  • Train new veterinary assistants and other support staff members
