We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Manager (IT) to lead our initiatives in generating new business opportunities. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills to engage with business partners, identify potential projects, and drive growth.
- We are looking for a highly motivated individual who can think critically and execute plans effectively.
- A proven track record of at least 2 years in team handling and management is essential.
- The ideal candidate should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to develop and maintain strong professional relationships.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify relevant IT projects on platforms like Upwork and Freelancer.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with the project management and technical teams to understand project requirements and deliver compelling proposals.
- Negotiate with clients to secure profitable deals and close sales effectively.
- Maintain a database of potential clients and projects to optimize bidding activities and outcomes.
Requirements:
