Business Development Manager

We offer placement support to our students, ensuring they land jobs that match their skills. As a dynamic Business Development Manager, you will connect with firms and expand placement opportunities for our talented students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify Placement Opportunities: Research companies hiring for tech stacks like Full-stack, React, Node, and other related technologies to establish partnerships.
- Build Strong Relationships: Establish and maintain relationships with HR managers and recruiters at various firms to gather detailed requirements and preferences for candidates.
- Understand Hiring Needs: Communicate with hiring firms to gather detailed requirements and preferences for candidates to align student training programs with the latest market needs.
- Collaborate with HR Coordinator: Pass qualified leads and job openings to the HR Coordinator to match students with the right placement opportunities.
- Expand Employer Network: Continuously grow our network of companies for potential placement of students to increase job prospects.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in the education or tech industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Familiarity with technical recruitment and the latest technology trends (Full-stack, React, Node, etc.)
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work independently to achieve targets.
This position offers an estimated salary range of $80,000-$110,000 per annum based on location and industry standards.
