Business Development Manager

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our team at Deep Ayurveda Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating and growing business through third-party manufacturing and private labeling in assigned regions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Generate sales revenue through dispensing ayurvedic practitioners in assigned regions.
2. Appoint PCD franchises in assigned regions to increase business growth.
3. Establish and maintain relationships with existing and new parties to achieve sales targets.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate should have a Graduate/BSc/MBA degree with good communication and interpersonal skills. Computer knowledge with MS Office, Excel, and PowerPoint is also required. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales of ayurvedic pharma products, OTC, and Ayurveda medicine is necessary for this role.
What We Offer:
We offer a competitive salary of up to ₹35,000 per month, plus variable monthly, quarterly, and yearly incentives.
