We are seeking a Sales Business Development Manager to join our team at Dovelp.

About the Role

The Sales Business Development Manager will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development:
    • Identify and research potential clients, industries, and markets to generate new leads.
    • Develop and implement strategies to expand the customer base and increase market share.
    • Actively participate in networking events, conferences, and trade shows to promote company offerings.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
  • Understand clients' needs, challenges, and goals, and tailor product/service offerings accordingly.
  • Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and address any concerns.

Sales Process:

  • Conduct thorough product/service presentations to potential clients, highlighting benefits and features.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and quotations that align with client needs and budget.
  • Negotiate terms, pricing, and contract terms with clients, aiming to achieve win-win agreements.
  • Close sales deals by effectively addressing objections and positioning the company's value proposition.

Sales Targets and Reporting:

  • Set and meet or exceed sales targets and quotas on a regular basis.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions using CRM software.
  • Generate regular sales reports to track progress, identify trends, and provide insights to management.

Market Intelligence:

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics.
  • Analyze competitor activities and pricing strategies to maintain the company's competitive edge.

Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer support, and product development, to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Provide feedback from clients and the field to contribute to product/service enhancements and improvements.

Salary:

The estimated salary for this role is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in sales or business development, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Adaptability to changing market conditions and customer preferences.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as needed.
