RChilli Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Business Development Manager to showcase the unique features and capabilities of our products to prospective clients through engaging and persuasive demonstrations. As a key member of our Sales and Marketing team, you will play a critical role in closing sales deals by effectively communicating the value proposition of our solutions and addressing the specific needs and requirements of potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients showcasing our solutions features functionality and benefits.
  • Demonstrate ability to meet or exceed sales targets consistently.
  • Proven track record of successfully closing sales ranging from $200K to $500K on a yearly basis.
  • Engage with prospects to understand their use case business challenges goals and requirements and tailor product demonstrations to address their specific needs.
  • Articulate the value proposition of our products and demonstrate how they can solve the clients pain points and drive business outcomes.

  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills with the ability to deliver compelling and persuasive product demonstrations to diverse audiences.
  • Ability to think creatively and develop new business opportunities.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team to achieve targets.
