This role is ideal for a highly skilled and experienced product professional who can drive growth, innovation, and scalability in our organization.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance product capabilities, improve customer experience, and drive business growth.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and lead initiatives that boost productivity and effectiveness across functions.
- Design and implement programs to enhance employee experience and engagement, ensuring seamless onboarding and successful integration of new team members.
- Drive capability-building initiatives to strengthen teams and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Work closely with the CTO and founder to align product strategy with business objectives, focusing on feature planning, execution, and analytics.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of total work experience with a background in Product Management, preferably in an HR tech startup.
- Candidates with a technical background (experience or education in software engineering) are preferred.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and leadership skills.
- Proficient in Excel modeling and PowerPoint presentations.
- Comfortable working in ambiguous and fast-changing environments.
