Growth Functional Lead Position
As the head of growth, you will spearhead efforts to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention across fintech products.
The ideal candidate will develop holistic growth strategies for a portfolio of financial products, covering various channels.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing growth strategies for a range of fintech products.
- Coordinating with key partners to optimize campaigns and platform integrations.
- Driving growth through experimentation frameworks and leveraging new features introduced by partners like Google and Meta.
- Collaborating with analytics, product, and finance teams to monitor performance metrics.
- Providing leadership and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture focused on continuous learning.
Required Qualifications and Skills
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A degree in marketing, business, finance, or a related field.
- Deep understanding of consumer behavior and digital apps.
- 6-8 years of experience in growth marketing, preferably in fintech.
- Strong experience with digital marketing platforms and growth tools.
- Proven track record of managing complex projects and stakeholder relationships.
- Expertise in agile project management methodologies.
- Demonstrated success in devising growth strategies that leverage app and web platforms.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to turn insights into actionable plans.
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage cross-functional teams.
