At the heart of a successful business lies strategic data analysis and interpretation. As an Analytics Manager, you will spearhead our data-driven efforts, empowering informed decision-making and aligning analytics with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies across multiple digital channels to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing analytics team, including data analysts, BI engineers, and data scientists.
- Lead the creation and management of paid campaigns across various platforms, ensuring alignment with business goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Collaboration is Key:
Work closely with product, marketing, sales, finance, and operations teams to ensure analytics meets business needs.
Core Competencies:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Ability to translate complex data into compelling business stories for executives and drive alignment on strategic decisions.
Requirements:
- 10 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or growth roles, with at least 4+ years leading analytics teams in a B2B SaaS company.
- Proven track record of achieving significant ROI from marketing budgets, consistently meeting or exceeding performance targets and KPIs.
- Deep understanding of SaaS sales cycles, customer lifetime value (CLV), and ongoing user retention.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Looker, Tableau, Mode), SQL, and data modeling concepts.
- Experience with data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift) is a plus.
