Job Title:

Lead Business Intelligence Analyst

This is a pivotal role in driving business growth through data-driven insights, leveraging expertise in machine learning and data modeling to develop and deploy scalable models.

Overview

The Lead Business Intelligence Analyst will play a key part in the company's data science efforts. A critical component of this position involves developing and deploying advanced predictive models to solve complex problems across the organization.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Business Problem Solving: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify key areas where machine learning can drive business value and work closely with cross-functional teams to design solutions that meet business objectives.
  • Data Analysis & Modeling: Conduct exploratory data analysis on large datasets to uncover trends and patterns that inform business decisions and develop and deploy machine learning models using Python and other relevant libraries.
  • Model Deployment: Ensure that machine learning models are deployed into production with optimal performance, scalability, and reliability.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with stakeholders to communicate technical results effectively and translate business problems into actionable data science solutions.
  • Continual Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve machine learning models to achieve optimal performance.
Qualifications:
  • Master's or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in data science, preferably with a focus on machine learning and deep learning.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, R, or other relevant languages.
  • Proficiency in working with popular data science libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, etc.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
