Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Strategic Operations Associate. This role will play a critical part in driving strategic initiatives, building scalable processes, and ensuring smooth cross-functional execution.

This is a high-agency role with exposure to strategy, operations, hiring, investor relations, and partnerships. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with the leadership team to drive business growth and development.

The ideal candidate will have 2-3+ years of experience in SaaS / fast-growth startups, with a proven track record of process building, multi-project ownership, hiring & team building, investor relations, and cross-functional leadership.

The Strategic Operations Associate will be responsible for creating measurable processes & SOPs for core functions, acting as a single stakeholder on high-impact growth projects, taking initiative in hiring processes, owning investor MIS preparation and reporting, leading high-impact projects that require alignment across teams, and building training & assessment processes across teams spread across 3 time zones.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process Building: Create measurable processes & SOPs for core functions to make the org more scalable.
  • Multi-Project Ownership: Act as a single stakeholder on high-impact growth projects across the org.
  • Hiring & Team Building: Take initiative in hiring processes whenever we open new roles.
  • Investor Relations: Own investor MIS preparation and reporting.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead high-impact projects that require alignment across teams.
  • Global Training: Build training & assessment processes across teams spread across 3 time zones.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2-3+ years of experience in SaaS / fast-growth startups.
  • Proven track record of process building, multi-project ownership, hiring & team building, investor relations, and cross-functional leadership.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
