Role Description

We are seeking a results-driven Strategic Growth Associate to identify opportunities, nurture client relationships, and build long-term partnerships.

The role requires a strategic mindset, proven experience in institutional/corporate sales (ideally in retail or allied sectors), and the ability to work independently to achieve ambitious growth targets.

Responsibilities:
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships by deeply understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Lead Generation & Closure: Identify new opportunities, engage with decision-makers, and drive opportunities from initiation to closure.
  • Strategic Outreach: Represent our firm at industry events, network with stakeholders, and position us as a trusted partner in retail design.
  • Proposal Development: Create compelling proposals and presentations aligned with client needs, showcasing our value proposition.
  • Collaboration: Partner with the design and project teams to deliver seamless solutions and exceed client expectations.
  • Sales Goals: Develop and execute strategies to meet or exceed revenue and profitability targets.
  • Market Insights: Monitor retail trends and emerging opportunities to keep us ahead of the curve.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 4–6 years in sales; institutional and corporate sales background preferred.
  • Skills: Strong networking, negotiation, and presentation skills; ability to engage senior decision-makers.
  • Attributes: A proactive self-starter who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
