Product Leadership Opportunity

A forward-thinking leader is required to drive product growth, analytics, feature development, and execution in a dynamic startup environment. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in Product Management, preferably in HR technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the CTO and founder on product and technology initiatives.
  • They will conceptualize and lead programs to enhance scale and synergy across product, engineering, customer onboarding, and customer success teams.
  • Capability-building initiatives will be designed and executed to improve team productivity and effectiveness.
  • Employee experience and engagement programs will be designed and executed.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of total work experience with a background in Product Management.
  • Technical skills or education in software engineering are preferred.
  • Strong collaboration and leadership abilities are essential.
  • Proficiency in Excel modeling and PowerPoint presentations is necessary.
  • Comfortable working in fast-changing and ambiguous environments.
