We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping our future by managing relationships with leading conglomerates and IT services organizations in the region.
This role offers the opportunity to drive growth and enhance our market presence through strategic partnerships. As a Business Development Manager, you will be part of an account team that handles our relationship with one of India's largest conglomerates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage and grow all revenue streams from the account.
- Build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with client executives and decision-makers.
- Develop and execute a 1-3 year strategic account plan aligned with the clients' long-term goals.
- Identify and pursue transformational business opportunities to increase our wallet share.
- Provide comprehensive business reporting and forecast management using methodologies like MEDDPICC.
- Lead efforts to develop an innovation strategy with customers, focusing on cost savings and competitive advantage.
- 10+ years of sales experience in the technology sector.
- Proven track record of selling to enterprise accounts.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior executives and decision-makers.
- Comprehensive understanding of Cisco products, services, and solutions.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively across geographies and virtual teams.
- Experience in developing strategic business plans.
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
- Passion for technology and innovation.
