
Strategic Account Development Manager

Job Description
This role involves managing end-to-end telecom and connectivity needs of a set of 50-60 accounts in the Mid-Market / Corporate segment within a defined geography. The primary objective is to achieve Sales & Revenue targets by selling Data, Voice, VAS and new product solutions.
Main Responsibilities:
- Build strategic relationships with key decision makers in accounts, including Middle and Senior management, including CXOs
- Drive revenue enhancement in accounts through effective account management, along with retention of existing revenue
- Augment solution selling and drive new product penetration in emerging markets
- Cordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure business target achievements and meeting customer expectations on service delivery
- Ensure account business target achievement on Order booking, Revenues, Collections, New Account identification and Churn control
Key Challenges:
- Work in alignment with processes on Data and Voice
- Work on retention of existing revenue as well and grow new products
- Account Penetration & Product Penetration
