
Strategic Account Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Client Servicing professional to join our dynamic team.
This individual will play a critical role in managing and nurturing relationships with B2B SaaS clients, driving client success from the agency side, while ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to meet client objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to execute client deliverables on time and within budget.
- Build long-term client relationships by understanding their business goals and offering value-added solutions.
- Monitor project progress, client satisfaction, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling agency services.
- Prepare and deliver regular performance reports to clients, providing insights and actionable recommendations.
The ideal candidate will have 9-12 years of experience in client servicing/account management within the advertising, digital marketing, or agency sector. They should possess strong understanding of their markets, exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, as well as proven ability to manage multiple accounts and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service, meeting client objectives, and driving client success. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of client projects and develop long-term relationships with clients.
