Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Enterprise Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our account management group, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to drive growth and profitability across a portfolio of high-value enterprise accounts.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing complex relationships with senior-level decision-makers, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering results-driven solutions that meet or exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies to drive revenue growth and improve profitability
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior-level decision-makers at key enterprise clients
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach and cross-selling
  • Deliver tailored solutions that meet or exceed client expectations and drive long-term loyalty
  • Manage full P&L responsibility for assigned accounts, including forecasting, cost control, and margin improvement

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales, account management, or a related field
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and improving profitability
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience managing P&L and preparing business performance reports
