The role involves end-to-end responsibility for sales & distribution in the area, ensuring product availability and driving sales performance efficiently.

This encompasses secondary & primary management, distributor management and team management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Develop and implement strategies for distributor relationships, including mapping, appointment and operations.">
  • Drive channel partner engagement for involved and evolved business.">
  • Monitor distributor return on investment and ensure timely supply to retailers.">
  • Manage inventory at distributors and across geographies.">
  • Establish guidelines for stock condition and manage secondary claims.">
  • Manage secondary and primary geographic territories.">
  • Track quarterly and monthly sales progression.">
  • Ensure weekly replenishment and availability of all SKUs.">
  • Develop new products and drive growth.">
  • Manage customer-facing activities and sales operations.">
  • Ensure distribution fundamentals are met, including productivity, ECO and LPPC.">
  • Benchmark competition and track competitor activity in the region.">
  • Plan tradeloads to push volume and visibility.">
  • Manage sales returns.">
  • Lead people across the region, creating a healthy work environment.">
  • Monitor expenses and ensure cost-effectiveness.">
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, marketing and CFA.">
