Job Overview
This full-time on-site role as Head - Business Development demands a strategic approach to business planning, sales, account management, and overall business development.
We're seeking an exceptional individual with expertise in business planning, sales, and account management, along with experience in business development.
Key Accountabilities
- Creating a comprehensive understanding of our products and services to identify lucrative business opportunities.
- Maintaining a healthy BD funnel and ensuring the team adheres to best practices.
- Selecting and prioritizing BD target prospects based on established criteria.
- Drove business revenue through effective client acquisition and retention strategies.
- Establishing and overseeing business development policies, objectives, and initiatives across the organization.
- Identifying and capitalizing on new market opportunities.
- Evaluating and addressing compliance issues within the organization.
- Crafting and disseminating compliance reports to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Graduate degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or a related domain.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proven track record of consistently meeting or surpassing sales targets.
- Able to effectively lead and mentor a team.
Estimated Salary: ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,500,000 per annum
