Role Description
This full-time on-site position as Head - Business Development requires a high level of expertise in strategic business planning, sales, account management, and overall business development.
We are looking for an exceptional candidate with a strong background in business planning, sales, and account management, along with significant experience in business development.
Key Responsibilities and Deliverables
- Gaining in-depth insights into our offerings to uncover profitable business opportunities.
- Sustaining a well-maintained BD funnel and ensuring the team adheres to best practices.
- Effectively selecting and prioritizing BD target prospects based on established criteria.
- Fostering business revenue growth through efficient client acquisition and retention strategies.
- Formulating and implementing business development policies, objectives, and initiatives across the organization.
- Ideating and executing new market initiatives and evaluating business opportunities.
- Investigating and addressing compliance issues within the organization.
- Issuing and disseminating compliance reports to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proven track record of consistently meeting or surpassing sales targets.
- Able to lead and mentor a team effectively.
Estimated Salary: ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,500,000 per annum
