Job Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Revenue Manager to join our team at Crowne Plaza Kochi. As a key member of our revenue management team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through effective rate strategy development, inventory management, and sales optimization.
Key Responsibilities:- Revenue Growth: Continuously focus on revenue generation and profile building by analyzing market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior.
- Rate Strategy: Develop overall pricing strategies in collaboration with the Director of Sales & Marketing to ensure all target market segments are developed for the long-term benefit of the property's business and growth.
- Inventory Management: Setup the inventory availability, pricing, and daily fluctuations that will be discussed with the Director of Sales & Marketing and coordinated with the reservations team for selling guidelines.
- Sales Optimization: Liaise and develop sales strategies with the Director of Food and Beverage to maximize revenue across all revenue streams, ensuring all distribution channels are optimized and correctly loaded.
- Operations: Ensure that all set policies, procedures, best practices are in place and rigorously enforced, operating the property consistent with all legal, statutory, and financial requirements and documentation, reporting systems, contractual obligations, security and safety protocols, communications, product and service standards, host management practices, and budgetary controls are implemented, reviewed, and maintained.
To execute this role effectively, you must have the required qualifications, technical skills, and experience in a similar role in luxury hotels with proven results.
- Possess a Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred, and at least one year's previous experience as a Revenue Manager in a similar hotel role, preferred.
