Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Data Annotation Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in this exciting field. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strong relationships with clients, and staying ahead of industry trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for data annotation services. Identify target markets, industries, and clients that can benefit from our solutions.
  • Business Development: Prospect and acquire new clients through networking, cold calls, and industry events. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Client Relationship Management: Understand client requirements and present tailored solutions to meet their needs. Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
  • Market Research and Industry Trends: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands. Identify emerging opportunities in AI and ML.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with operations and delivery teams to ensure project success and client satisfaction. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns and promotional materials.
  • Negotiation and Contract Management: Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and agreement finalizations. Ensure compliance with company policies and client requirements.
  • Sales Reporting and Metrics: Track and report on sales performance, pipeline development, and progress against targets. Provide regular updates to senior management on sales activities and market insights.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with data annotation tools and platforms.
  • Experience working with clients in AI, ML, healthcare, autonomous vehicles, or related fields.
  • Knowledge of data privacy regulations and ethical AI practices.

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
