V-Guard is seeking a highly skilled IT Director to lead our digital sales and e-commerce efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the technology strategy that empowers our sales, service, and e-commerce functions.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for aligning technology solutions with revenue goals by optimizing CRM/Sales platforms, e-commerce systems, and customer data analytics. This role requires a strong understanding of CRM, sales, service, e-commerce, and digital marketing technology stacks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning & Technology Roadmap: Develop a technology roadmap that supports and aligns with our overall sales, service, and e-commerce strategy. Stay updated on emerging e-commerce and CRM technologies and identify tools that enhance online sales performance and customer interactions.
  • CRM & E-Commerce Platform Management: Oversee the configuration, deployment, and maintenance of CRM, e-commerce platforms, and other digital sales tools. Ensure the integration and functionality of sales and e-commerce tools to provide a seamless digital shopping experience.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Change Management: Serve as a bridge between our sales, service, e-commerce, IT, and marketing teams to support a unified digital strategy. Lead change management for new technology implementations and ensure user adoption through training, communication, and ongoing support.

Qualifications: A bachelor's degree in information technology, business, computer science, or a related field; a master's degree is preferred. 10+ years of experience in IT, preferably with a focus on CRM, e-commerce, consumer apps, or digital sales platforms. Strong experience in managing CRM systems, e-commerce platforms, digital marketing technologies, and IT teams.

Salary: ₹45,00,000 - ₹60,00,000 per annum, depending on experience. Located in Kochi or Gurgaon, India.
