Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced sales professional to lead our sales team at Outlook Publishing (India) Pvt. Ltd.

About the Role:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to maximize revenue from ad sales in Mumbai and surrounding regions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, advertising agencies, and media buyers.
  • Identify and target potential advertisers and promote ad space in Outlook magazines and websites.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of advertising campaigns.
  • Set ambitious sales targets for the team and drive them towards achieving or surpassing them.

About You:

  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 7-12 years of experience in media sales, advertising sales, or related roles.
  • Demonstrated expertise in sales, negotiation, and closing deals.
  • Strong understanding of the advertising industry, media landscape, and magazine publishing sector.
