Key Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and enhance relationships with high-value institutional clients, tailoring investment solutions to align with their long-term goals and risk profiles.">
  • Define and execute an institutional equity sales strategy that aligns with market trends and the firm's growth objectives; oversee a team of sales professionals, promoting collaboration and sales excellence.">
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on equity markets, regularly conducting market and sector analysis to anticipate opportunities and risks.">
  • Share insights with clients and internal teams to inform strategic decision-making.">
  • Collaborate closely with research, product development, and portfolio management teams to develop and customize investment products that meet the evolving needs of institutional clients.">
  • Drive revenue growth through identifying and capturing new business opportunities, cross-selling equity solutions, and expanding the client base.">
  • Ensure all client interactions and sales activities meet regulatory standards, and proactively manage risks associated with client portfolios and market dynamics.">
  • Advise on asset allocation, portfolio structuring, and rebalancing strategies to optimize client returns in line with market conditions and regulatory changes.">

Compensation

We offer a competitive compensation package with performance-linked incentives, estimated at ₹25 lakhs per annum, based on the location and industry standards.
