We are a dynamic organization seeking an experienced Recruitment Process Manager to drive the end-to-end recruitment process for non-IT roles across various departments.

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of recruitment strategies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to execute processes efficiently. In this role, you will partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with hiring managers to gather insights on job requirements and departmental goals.
  • Source and shortlist qualified candidates for non-IT positions across multiple functions, including sales, marketing, operations, HR, finance, and more.
  • Utilize various recruitment channels such as job portals, social media, referrals, and professional networks to attract top talent.
  • Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications, cultural fit, and salary expectations.
  • Coordinate and manage the interview process with hiring managers, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
  • Negotiate offers, finalize hiring terms, and ensure smooth onboarding of selected candidates.
  • Maintain a robust talent pipeline for future hiring needs and critical roles.
  • Monitor and track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire and source-of-hire to optimize the hiring process.
  • Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring activities.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, focusing on non-IT roles.
  • Strong sourcing skills with proficiency in tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess recruitment metrics and refine strategies.

We estimate the salary for this position to be around $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
