HR Recruitment Manager APAC

Compensation and BenefitsThe estimated annual salary for this position ranges from ₹20,00,000 to ₹40,00,000 depending on experience and qualifications.
Job DescriptionThis key role involves providing strategic recruitment support to the business, driving end-to-end recruitment processes across APAC, and developing a strong pipeline of talent to meet future business needs.
- Gather staffing requirements from hiring managers and define sourcing strategies that prioritize direct sourcing and cost-efficient channels.
- Work closely with preferred recruitment vendors, managing relationships and leveraging their expertise when necessary.
- Manage selection processes, including screening, interview feedback, HR input, competitive package proposals, offer extensions, and contract administration.
- Ensure smooth onboarding by raising background check requests, sending approvals, and completing HCOM documentation.
- Monitor trainee/intern contractor end dates for renewal or exit processes.
- Provide market intelligence to the HR community and senior management.
We seek an experienced HR professional with 8-10 years of end-to-end recruitment experience, 4+ years in APAC recruitment, and proven team handling/supervising skills. Strong business-driven strategy and head-hunting/hiring abilities are essential.
