Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IT recruitment specialist with strong vendor management expertise to join our team in Bangalore, India. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in IT recruitment, vendor coordination, and a deep understanding of technical roles and requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Recruitment:
  • Sourcing, screening, and evaluating candidates for various technical roles across multiple domains, including software development, data analysis, and IT infrastructure.
  • Utilizing diverse recruitment channels, such as job boards, social media, and referrals, to identify top talent and ensure a strong pipeline of potential candidates.
  • Conducting technical interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit, and collaborating with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure alignment with organizational needs.
  • Vendor Management:
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with external recruitment vendors, evaluating their performance regularly, and streamlining vendor lists to ensure quality and efficiency.
  • Managing vendor escalations and ensuring compliance with agreed terms and service levels, as well as negotiating contracts and monitoring vendor deliverables to meet organizational hiring goals.
  • Recruitment Operations:
  • Driving end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting to onboarding, and managing applicant tracking systems (ATS) to ensure accurate documentation of recruitment activities.
  • Providing regular updates and insights on recruitment metrics and hiring progress to stakeholders, and identifying and implementing innovative strategies to improve the recruitment process.
  • Required Skills:
    • Strong experience in technical recruitment across IT roles, with a focus on sourcing and evaluating candidates for technical positions.
    • Proven vendor management expertise, including vendor evaluation and negotiation, as well as excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
    • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and proficiency in tools like LinkedIn Recruiter or other job portals.
    • Ability to handle multiple requirements and prioritize tasks effectively, with excellent time management and organization skills.

Estimated Salary Range: ₹ 800,000 - ₹ 1,200,000 per annum
