About the Role
We're seeking an accomplished IT Recruitment Business Development Manager to drive growth and deliver exceptional talent solutions. As a key player in our team, you'll manage strategic client relationships, lead high-performing teams, and exceed client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Build strong partnerships, identify opportunities, and deliver exceptional service to clients.
- New Business Acquisition: Identify new business opportunities and acquire new clients to expand our client base.
- Client Relationship Management: Understand client's business objectives and proactively anticipate client needs to offer tailored solutions.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and motivate a team of recruiters, setting clear goals and driving performance to achieve results.
- Talent Solutions: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, to ensure seamless delivery.
- Performance Tracking: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement strategies to improve results and enhance client satisfaction.
Required Skills:
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in recruitment or account management in the Indian IT industry.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the IT recruitment industry, including trends and best practices.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills to drive team performance and achieve targets.
- Sales: Proven track record of achieving sales and delivery targets, with a focus on growing revenue and expanding client relationships.
- Recruitment Tools: Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Location: Bangalore & Pune (Work from home)
Salary: ₹12,00,000 - ₹18,00,000 per annum
