Job Summary

We're seeking a Business Development Representative to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and building strong relationships with clients to foster long-term business partnerships.

You'll work closely with our sales team and marketing department to strategize and optimize lead generation efforts. Your insights will play a crucial role in enhancing our overall sales process.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough research to identify potential clients and build a robust pipeline of prospects through various channels.
  • Engage with leads and perform needs analysis to understand their hiring challenges and align our solutions with their requirements.
  • Schedule and conduct introductory calls with potential clients to educate them about our offerings and position the value proposition effectively.
  • Nurture and maintain strong relationships with leads to foster long-term business partnerships.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and marketing department to strategize and optimize lead generation efforts.
  • Update and manage lead information, prospecting activities, and sales pipeline in our CRM system.
  • Stay up-to-date with our products, market trends, and industry news to effectively communicate the latest developments to potential clients.
  • Work towards and exceed individual and team-based sales targets, contributing significantly to our revenue goals.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in sales development or inside sales roles, ideally in the technology or SaaS industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and compellingly.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for building and nurturing client relationships.
  • Self-starter with a proactive attitude towards identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Comfortable working with various sales and marketing tools, including CRM software, email automation platforms, and social media channels.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing startup environment.

The estimated salary for this position is $80,000-$120,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
