About the Role
This role offers an intermediate management professional a unique chance to contribute to the strategic direction and success of our talent acquisition efforts. As a Talent Sourcing Lead, you will be responsible for fostering continuous learning and development within the team through coaching, training, and mentorship, identifying and implementing best practices in sourcing techniques and processes to optimize performance, and collaborating closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and ensure alignment of sourcing strategies.
Requirements
- A minimum of 10+ years of experience into Talent Acquisition.
- Domain expertise in research / sourcing Exposure towards Global Talent Mapping and understanding on the different recruitment tools and portals like Avature, Eightfold, ATS system (preferably SuccessFactors), and different social media handles.
- Experience influencing, coaching leaders, and aligning with cross-functional partners.
Compensation
The estimated annual salary for this position is around $120,000 - $180,000 based on industry standards and location.
