About the Role

We're looking for an experienced and skilled recruiter who can develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet our staffing needs. Your primary responsibility will be to lead, mentor, and motivate our team to deliver high-quality candidates while maintaining excellent relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Foster a collaborative and dynamic team environment, providing guidance, feedback, and coaching to ensure team members excel in their roles.
  • Recruitment Strategy: Design and execute comprehensive recruitment plans that cater to our organization's specific needs, ensuring a continuous pipeline of top talent.
  • Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate team performance using key metrics such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and candidate experience, making data-driven decisions to drive continuous improvement.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, department heads, and other stakeholders to understand their recruitment needs and provide regular updates on open positions.
  • Process Optimization: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to streamline workflows, enhance efficiency, and elevate the candidate experience.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Oversee sourcing efforts, leveraging a mix of job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to find the best candidates for our open positions.
  • Interview and Selection: Assist with the interview and selection process, ensuring a fair and consistent approach to identify top talent.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Prepare and present regular reports on recruitment metrics and team performance to senior management, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 1 year in a leadership role or as a senior recruiter.
  • Leadership: Proven experience in managing or leading a team in a fast-paced environment, with a track record of success in driving team performance and growth.
  • Recruitment Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the full recruitment life cycle and various sourcing techniques, including social media, job boards, and referrals.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and other stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Organization: Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively, with a focus on delivering high-quality results in a timely manner.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience recruiting for contract and permanent roles.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and labor regulations.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in HR or a related field and a proven track record of success in recruitment leadership roles. Our company offers a competitive salary of ₹8,50,000 - ₹12,00,000 per annum, depending on experience.
