Job Title: Business Development Manager
Overview:We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee and coordinate financial operations across our branches.
Key Responsibilities:- Act as the central point of contact for all branch account teams, ensuring timely reporting and financial consistency.
- Utilize and optimize our ERP software for real-time tracking, reconciliation, and reporting.
- Monitor accounts receivable/payable, cash flow, and branch-level financial health.
- Prepare consolidated financial reports and present insights to senior management.
- Ensure adherence to internal controls and regulatory standards across all branches.
- Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and sales teams to align financial operations with business goals.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in account management, preferably in trading or logistics sectors.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (experience with custom-built platforms is a plus).
- Experience managing multi-location operations.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
