Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients across various regions, working closely with Engagement Directors to ensure seamless account management.
  • Identify unmet needs and potential service gaps that can be leveraged to drive new business opportunities.
  • Create tailored sales materials and presentations that showcase NIIT's capabilities and address specific client requirements.
  • Lead responses to Requests for Information (RFI) and Requests for Proposal (RFP), including comprehensive slide decks, rate cards, and solution overviews.
  • Prepare Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and other governance activities, ensuring timely and effective communication with clients.
  • Track win/loss data and key performance indicators (KPIs) across the portfolio, providing valuable insights for future growth.
  • Conduct research on client organization changes that may signal new opportunities, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
  • Align internal solutions with client needs through close collaboration with service line leaders, ensuring mutual understanding and benefits.
  • Respond promptly to client queries and escalate issues as necessary, maintaining a high level of professionalism and expertise.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to develop strong rapport with client stakeholders and key figures within NIIT.
  • Presentation and pitching skills to effectively showcase NIIT's capabilities and address client needs.
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication, with a focus on clarity, professionalism, and impact.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with a proven track record of meeting deadlines and delivering results.
  • Analytical mindset with comfort working with data and reporting tools, driving informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Commercial acumen, with the ability to negotiate mutually beneficial outcomes and drive revenue growth.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel, with familiarity with CRM tools a plus.
