Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support for Windows servers, mobile OS, and other product-related issues.
  • Interact and support the regional sales team on presales and post-sales activities.
  • Deploy software in the client environment and conduct onsite visits if required.
  • Maintain a high degree of customer service for all support queries.
  • Take ownership of user problems and be proactive when dealing with user issues.
  • Deploy service releases, patches, requests, and customizations (onsite or remote).
  • Problem determination, workaround resolution, root cause analysis, and major incident management.
  • Provide a high level of service to our customers and adhere to our strict SLAs for response and restoration times.
  • Flexibility - responsibilities may require occasional evening and weekend work.
  • Answer support queries/technical requests via phone/remotely and email.
Requirements:
  • Understanding of software development cycle.
  • Practical experience of Windows Server, SQL Server, IIS, and networking.
  • Very in-depth knowledge to troubleshoot IIS-related issues.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Hands-on experience with Docker & Kubernetes is preferred.
  • Ability to handle cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, etc.
  • Proper knowledge of Mobile OS (iOS, Android, etc.).
  • IT Security and Network knowledge to troubleshoot issues.
  • Familiar with VAPT/Pentest assessment for the application.
  • Configure DNS and SSL certificate.
  • Basic scripting knowledge for SQL and others and SQL Cluster, Logshipping.
  • Understand network issues and concepts (ports, NAT, port forwarding, etc.).
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience.
  • Locating in Mumbai is mandatory.
