  • Customer-oriented and service-minded with the ability to handle stressful situations
  • Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexible and adaptable with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail and quality with the ability to follow instructions and procedures

Preferred Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience in relevant fields
  • Added credit for those with scripting knowledge of PHP or Python and database knowledge of MySQL
  • Willingness to learn Microsoft Power Platform to support users
