Business Development Manager

This role involves supporting the Direct Channel team in managing customer relationships, driving sales growth, and delivering exceptional service to clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and growing client relationships, supporting sales efforts, handling client queries, and ensuring accurate documentation and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and grow client relationships by building strong rapport with clients and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Support sales efforts and lead generation through effective communication and marketing strategies.
  • Handle client queries and provide product information in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and compliance by maintaining up-to-date records and adhering to regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare sales and performance reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or customer service, preferably in insurance.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
