Client Relationship Director

As a Client Servicing Manager at Square One, you will work as a vital link between our agency and its clients. Your primary responsibility will be the coordination of advertising campaigns, ensuring effective communication with all stakeholders involved. Your role may also be referred to as an Account Handler.
Key Responsibilities:- Handle marketing projects and digital campaigns from ideation to execution.
- Collaborate with design, planning, and project management teams to ensure timely delivery and quality of projects.
- Lead and manage a team to ensure smooth workflow, effective communication, and timely project delivery.
- Foster a collaborative work environment that encourages innovation and high standards in delivering ATL advertising campaigns.
- Create and maintain client documents and client interaction archives.
- Present creative work to clients for approval/modification.
- Optimize the utilization of internal resources and teams to increase productivity and client satisfaction.
- Maintain open channels of communication with each client to be effectively utilized by other departments.
- Keep clients informed regarding updates, progress, and campaign outcomes.
- Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Generate budget estimates and obtain approvals from clients.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in team management or leadership with a strong understanding of ATL (Above the Line) advertising and excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Post-graduation in Marketing/Advertising.
- Ability to manage multiple clients while prioritizing individual requirements.
- Responsibility for individual as well as team performance.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Ability to make skilled oral and written presentations.
- Capacity to conduct thorough research and competitive analysis of clients and their competitors.
- Ability to adapt, adjust, and perform with discipline and common sense.
- Fluency in basic languages, including English and Hindi.
