About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Strategic Client Relationship Manager to oversee the company's relationships with its most important clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building strong relationships with strategic customers and delivering solutions that meet their objectives.

Main Responsibilities:
• Identify key customer needs and requirements
• Develop and implement strategies to expand existing customer relationships
• Ensure the delivery of correct products and services to customers in a timely manner
• Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
• Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a key account manager
• Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability in problem solving and negotiation
