Strategic Client Management Professional

Key Responsibilities:
As a Client Engagement Manager at Saviant Consulting, you will be responsible for owning multiple client engagements, driving growth of strategic accounts, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Client Management:
You will serve as a single point of contact for client stakeholders, providing guidance on project delivery, process, best practices, and technology. You will also implement new processes and frameworks to ensure customer satisfaction.
Service Excellence:
Working closely with key stakeholders, you will ensure successful customer engagements with agreed business value, using Agile methodologies and processes. Your Service excellence mindset will drive proactive decisions and actions throughout the engagement life cycle.
Growth and People Management:
You will create new opportunities, drive revenue growth strategies, and coach team members on a culture of service excellence, processes, and career development.
Requirements:
- Any Engineering degree with MBA from a reputed institute
- 12+ years of experience with at least 2 years in managing multiple customer accounts
- Prior success in growing customer engagements into long-term relationships
- Fair understanding of Digital Technologies (incl. Data Analytics, Cloud, Mobile, IIoT)
- Strong persuasive communication skills - spoken, written, and overall presentation skills

- Experience building processes and frameworks for risk and issue identification and management around service delivery
- Prior experience working with EPC, Energy & Industrial Manufacturing clients
- Providing leadership to 20-40 people across customer engagements
