The role of a Trainee in Lead Generation involves conducting market research and analysis to support strategic planning and product development.

Main Responsibilities
  • Market Research & Analysis
    • Conduct detailed market research to understand industry trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape.
    • Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to generate insights that support strategic planning and product development.
    • Prepare research reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal stakeholders.
  • Communication & Presentation
    • Present research findings clearly and concisely to senior management and cross-functional teams.
    • Translate complex data into simple and impactful recommendations.
    • Collaborate with internal departments to align research insights with business goals.
  • Organization & Time Management
    • Prioritize and manage multiple research projects simultaneously.
    • Ensure timely delivery of reports and analyses to meet business needs.
    • Maintain organized documentation and data for future reference.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration
    • Work closely with marketing, product, and business teams to understand data needs.
    • Support the development of go-to-market strategies through research-driven insights.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong market research and analytical skills.
  • Excellent presentation and communication abilities.
  • Effective organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
