Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Ownership
Design and implement scalable outbound lead generation strategies tailored to regional market dynamics (India, EMEA, and US).Define KPIs and performance metrics to evaluate effectiveness and ROI of lead generation efforts.Team Leadership
Hire, mentor, and lead a team of lead generation specialists and inside sales executives.Establish performance goals, provide regular coaching, and drive a high-accountability culture.Campaign Execution
Oversee multi-channel outbound campaigns including cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email marketing, and webinars.Align campaign strategies with Marketing and Regional Business Development goals.Pipeline Development
Own and drive early-stage sales pipeline KPIs.Ensure a steady flow of Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and Sales Accepted Leads (SALs) to the Sales team.Market Research & Intelligence
