Roles & Responsibilities – Lead Generation (Corporate Sales)
- Prospecting & Research
- Identify potential corporate clients through web research, LinkedIn, industry directories, and databases.
- Develop and maintain a list of target companies with key decision-makers (CXO, HR Heads, Procurement, etc.).
- Cold Calling & Outreach
- Make outbound calls to corporate prospects to introduce products/services.
- Qualify leads by understanding their business needs, challenges, and budgets.
- Schedule meetings, demos, or presentations for the sales team.
- Email & Digital Outreach
- Send personalized email campaigns to target companies.
- Use LinkedIn and other professional platforms for outreach and networking.
- Lead Qualification & Nurturing
- Assess the quality of leads and hand over qualified leads to the Business Development / Sales Manager.
- Follow up with warm leads regularly to build relationships and move them through the sales funnel.
- CRM & Reporting
- Record all lead interactions, call outcomes, and follow-ups in the CRM.
- Generate weekly/monthly reports on lead pipeline, call performance, and conversion ratios.
- Collaboration
- Work closely with the corporate sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.
- Share market insights and feedback to improve sales strategy and messaging.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹600, ₹700,000.00 per year
