Shift Timing: 9:30 AM 6:30 PM

Week Off: Sunday (Fixed)

Salary Details

Tamil Process

  • CTC: 14,500 (Includes PF, PT, and ESIC)
  • In-hand Salary: 11,255 + Incentives

Malayalam Process

  • CTC: 17,290 (Includes PF, PT, and ESIC)
  • In-hand Salary: 13,500 + Incentives

Without PF & ESIC Option: 13,000 (In-hand)

Job Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads for personal loans.
  • Explain loan products and services clearly to customers.
  • Maintain a database of customer information and follow up on leads
  • Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through professional communication.

Requirements

  • Good communication skills in Tamil or Malayalam.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
