We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Generation Executive to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate should have 3 - 6 years of experience in lead generation for global clients, with a strong track record of success in identifying and qualifying leads for organizations in the product manufacturing sector. Candidates with prior experience in the material handling equipment manufacturing industry will be given preference.
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
Generate high-quality leads from global markets through a variety of platforms and strategies, including but not limited to:
LinkedIn and other platforms
Industry-specific databases and directories
Web research and market intelligence
• Qualify leads for the sales team with decision-makers in target organizations.
• Maintain and update CRM tools with accurate information on leads, prospects, and follow-up activities.
• Work closely with the Sales and Business Development teams to align lead generation activities with business goals and product positioning.
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential global clients.
• Track, measure, and report lead generation KPIs to management.
• Perform competitor and market analysis to identify new opportunities for outreach.
• Utilize industry knowledge, especially within the product manufacturing and material handling domains, to tailor outreach strategies for better engagement.
𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐖𝐞'𝐫𝐞 𝐋𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐅𝐨𝐫:
3 – 6 years of proven experience in lead generation for global clients
• Previous work experience with companies in the product manufacturing sector (Preferably Material Handling Industry)
• Strong understanding of manufacturing industry trends, buyer personas, and international sales cycles
• Hands-on experience with lead generation tools & CRM platforms
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills
