Job Title: Lead Generation Executive

Job Type: Permanent

Job location: Nungambakkam, Chennai

Working Days: Monday Friday

Shift Time: US Shift [5.30 PM to 2.30 AM] or [8:30 PM to 5:30 AM]

Role & responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and key decision-makers within target companies.
  • Initiate contact with prospects through various channels, including email, phone calls, and social media, to introduce our services and generate interest.
  • Assess the needs and requirements of potential clients to determine their suitability for our services and qualify them as leads.
  • Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate and detailed information on leads and prospects.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads and provide support throughout the sales process.
  • Conduct follow-up communications with prospects to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on lead generation activities, progress, and results to the management team.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or a related role.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and build relationships with prospects.
  • Research Skills: Strong research and analytical skills to identify and qualify potential leads.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using CRM software and other lead generation tools.
  • Self-Motivated: Highly motivated and target-driven with a passion for achieving results.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with the sales team and other departments.
