Job location: Nungambakkam, Chennai
Working Days: Monday Friday
Shift Time: US Shift [5.30 PM to 2.30 AM] or [8:30 PM to 5:30 AM]
Role & responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and key decision-makers within target companies.
- Initiate contact with prospects through various channels, including email, phone calls, and social media, to introduce our services and generate interest.
- Assess the needs and requirements of potential clients to determine their suitability for our services and qualify them as leads.
- Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate and detailed information on leads and prospects.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads and provide support throughout the sales process.
- Conduct follow-up communications with prospects to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.
- Prepare and present regular reports on lead generation activities, progress, and results to the management team.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or a related role.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and build relationships with prospects.
- Research Skills: Strong research and analytical skills to identify and qualify potential leads.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using CRM software and other lead generation tools.
- Self-Motivated: Highly motivated and target-driven with a passion for achieving results.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with the sales team and other departments.
